Reservation Details
All reservations are for the
studio apartment in
Avenida Atlāntica 928, Unit 502,
Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The rate includes accommodation for up to two persons. We do not accept more than two persons.
Reservations require an advance payment of 50% through PayPal.
PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

The balance is due on arrival.
In
addition, we ask for a US$ 200 (or equivalent) cash security deposit on
arrival, returned on departure subject to any damages, excessive dirt,
or excessive energy use (like using air conditioning with open windows,
or not switching off air conditioning when leaving the apartment).
Weeks including New Year, Carnival, or special events have special rates.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations of confirmed reservations more than
1 month before arrival receive a full refund*.
Cancellations within 1 month of arrival are eligible for a prorated refund*,
depending on if the apartment can be re-rented for the cancelled period. Full
refund if the apartment is re-rented for the entire period.
*) All refunds are less the PayPal fee of 2.9%. There is no fee for full refunds
within 60 days. Refunds are sent through PayPal.
